Q.1. What are the types of wood that you use in your handicraft products?
A.1. We use many different varieties of wood in our products depending upon their design requirements. Mango, Acacia, Sheesham (rosewood), Teak, Pine and Oak are the most commonly used woods by us. All the wood that we use is legally sourced and is of the best quality available so as to ensure that our customers get the highest quality products.
Q.2. Can we place the orders online? Do you provide shipping and delivery services?
A.2. As of now, we are dealing only through our local unit in Jodhpur. However, we do plan to start an online store very soon.

Q.3. I want to order products based on my own specifications and designs. How can I do the same?
A.3. We are open to taking customized orders and producing goods as per custom designs and requirements of the customer. To place the order, you can mail your specifications to us at sales@noveltyartandkrafts.com.
Q.4. Are your products and processes ecofriendly?
A.4. Yes, absolutely. We take utmost care that our production process inflicts as little harm as possible to the environment. We ensure that the products are eco-friendly and sustainable.
Environmental conservation is an issue which is very close to our hearts and we constantly endeavor to do our bit for the environment. We encourage paper-less working and also engage in tree plantation drives in both our factory as well as the surrounding regions.
Q.5. What are the various modes of payment accepted by you?
A.5. We accept all modes of online payment including Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking and UPI. Apart from these, we also accept payments via cheques and cash.
Q.6. What is the privacy policy?
A.6. We respect our customer’s privacy and assure you that any personal data or information provided by you is completely safe with us.
Q.7. I am worried that the product might get damaged during the shipping. Are the products well secured?
A.7. The packaging designed for our products is very secure so that the products do not incur any kind of damage during transit. The packaging is very closely supervised and we take care that all the goods are packed properly, with utmost care, so that there is minimal risk of damage.
We also take all the required insurance covers for our exports against any kind of accidental damages incurred in the course of shipment.
Q.8 Do you design and produce all the products in your own unit or is it outsourced to some other unit?
A.8 Our entire production is in-house. All the work right from conceptualizing the designs to manufacturing and finishing the final products which are to be shipped is carried out within our own premises under the supervision of our team. All our artisans are also stationed within the factory so that the goods need not be sent for any kind of job work to any third party. The only thing that we procure from third parties is the raw material, such as wood, that goes into our products.
